Marcin earned his B.A. in mathematics from Reed College in Portland, Oregon and an MFA in directing from Columbia University, School of the Arts in New York City.

His short films "TODAY AND TOMORROW" and "SECONDS" have screened at various festivals, including Transatlantyk Film Festival in Poznan, Poland and International Short Film Festival in Prague, Czech Republic.

Marcin's most recent work includes a collaboration with the master photographer Deborah Turbeville on Valentino Spring/Summer 2012 ad campaign, a short film, "NIGHT CRY" which had its world premiere at Guanajuato International Film Festival, and most recently Valentino Fall/Winter 2012-13 ad campaign.

Marcin has also directed, photographed, and edited fashion films for W Magazine, Italian Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Loden Dager, MIX Australia, and Passionata.
